As a coach, I guide women on the brink of burnout or who feel stuck to integrate soulful, practical and mystical practices so that they can manifest + nurture the life they deeply desire.

  • I’ve been a wellness and health-care professional for 20+ years. I was a massage therapist for over a decade and have been an occupational therapist for 10 years. I’m a graduate of the coach training program with the Co-active Training Institute.

  • I love yoga, personal transformation, meditating, travel, cooking and all things novel, interwoven with adventure and self-care.

  • My tribe of soulful, fun girlfriends deeply inspires me and my community is dear to me. I’m also the mother of a vivacious, adventurous daughter and wife to a very patient, dear man. As a mother, I’m even more convinced that prioritizing ourselves is the key to a sustainable, deeply satisfying life.

Very deeply in my bones, I know the experience of being drained + operating in survival mode. I did it it for many years. Helping people is my life’s work. But, I loved it so much, I ended up totally burning out.

A conscious, spiritual + playful lifestyle is essential to managing and preventing burnout. Knowing when you’re running on empty and learning ways to recharge so you’re the best version of you for yourself and the people you care for.

I blend embodiment practices, mind set shifting strategies, manifestation techniques and ritual with practical action to facilitate deep personal transformation. This work will shift the course of your life into a more harmonious rhythm, away from burnout and exhaustion towards balance + energy.
